Abstract: Deviating from what the apparent meaning of the word requires has many forms, and falls under different headings. Such as: allocating the general, limiting the absolute, changing the word from its real meaning to the figurative one, and so on. In this research, we dealt with the reality of abandoning the phenomena of words, its causes, its most prominent forms, its effects, and how the fundamentalists dealt with it. We do not claim that we investigated all forms; Rather, what is meant is representation and citation for the paths of reversal with them, and we represented one branch of jurisprudence for each of the images, and one of the results reached by the researchers is that reversing the apparent meaning of the text leads to the implementation of the texts on the widest horizon, and the reversal of the apparent meaning of the text contributes to expanding the circle of legislative flexibility. One of the most important recommendations that concluded the research is to conduct a further study of the forms of deviation from the apparent expression; Because of this further clarification of the methodology of dealing with the interest, which makes us confident of the correctness of the jurisprudence of our scholars.
