This research aimed at identify the effectiveness of an educational environment based on learning entries for developing communication skills among visually impaired students in Gaza, The research adopted the Quasi-experimental approach; The research was applied on a sample consisted of (14) students of third grade at Al-Nour Centre for visually impaired in Gaza, The research tools represented in a test of mathematical communication skills' test and observation card, The research material represented in a teacher’s guide based on active integrated curriculum. There were statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.01) between the means scores of the pre and post test of the mathematical communication skills' in favor of the post test, There were statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.01) between the means scores of the pre and post application of the mathematical communication skills' observation card in favor of the post application.
