Abstract

The current research aims to identify the consequences of the destruction of scientific laboratories in the provinces of Gaza schools from the standpoint of science teachers, and identified the research problem in the following question: 1. What are the consequences of the destruction of scientific laboratories in the provinces of Gaza schools from the standpoint of science teachers? 2. What level of respondents estimates consequences of destroy scientific laboratories to gender? 3. What level of respondents estimates consequences of destroy scientific laboratories to specialization? To achieve this, the researches use of descriptive analytical method, and the study sample selection at random to coptasent a part of the study population, which stood at (175) teachers of science teachers at all school districts and state education, and the researcher applied the tool of research: The questionnaire, which consisted of two essential components each of which consists of (26) items, the items validity was examined by a camittee of specialists referees, and to verify the stability Cronbach's alpha and midterm coeffiane reliability index were used midterm coefficient. The study emerged the following results: • Proportional consequences of the destruction of scientific laboratories in schools in the provinces of Gaza, from the standpoint of science teachers for the problems caused by the replacement of the room classroom science lab in the implementation of practical experiences, amounted to (71.3%), a high level. • The importance of a scientific laboratory and practical experimentation in teaching science, which amounted to (84.1%). • Are there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the science teachers in their estimates of the level implications of laboratories in favor of males destruction. • Are there no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the science teachers in their estimates of the level implications of laboratories to specialization, the education department? In light of the findings of the study results, it has been offering a number of recommendations that will emphasize the importance of scientific laboratories in the teaching of science, including the need for rehabilitation and restoration of scientific laboratories destroyed and damaged, and the provision of equipment and tools laboratory chemicals and materials needed to conduct scientific experiments and in an integrated manner in the science labs. It also suggested it for future studies.
