The goal of this research is to build training program to develop the digital story making skill for library trustees to achieve psychological support to students in the Gaza Strip and to measure effect of this program after being applied, The study used the experimental method by applying a training program on a sample study, which consisted of (25) librarians, the study tool is observation card to measure the skills of the digital story making among librarians - the observation card contains of (25) items distributed on the two axes the educational contains of (10) paragraph and the axis of the technical contains of (15) paragraph, and the results indicated the presence of significant differences in the development of those skills in the educational and technical axes between the before and after applying the observation card, for the advantage of the application.
