The study showed: that there is no incubators for projects in the Gaza Strip, except business incubator and technology which is in the Islamic University and an incubator PICTI which is starting its work. Furthermore, small projects in Gaza suffer from many problems that can cause a failure at the beginning of their start. Incubators go on according to a mechanism which isn't than scientific, and services provided by business incubators are low and do not work to support the project significantly, and this is due to lack of experience in this area and low possibilities available to it. In light of these findings the researcher recommended that: the need to establish incubators for projects in Gaza Strip and the need for a cooperation between the Islamic university with the University College for establishing a business incubator at the University College to ensure the integrity of experience, money and effort and thus ensure the projects and the need to pursue the beneficiaries of incubators after they finish their projects, and to try to help them to promote their work even for a period of limited time, and to focus on providing more financial services and marketing for its importance to the projects, whether during the incubation period or after, and the need to take advantage of past experience to set up incubators in developed countries and to consider this as part of the technological and economic cooperation with those countries. She also recommended the need to emphasize the importance for the small incubated project to integrate and to enter into partnerships with each other.
