Abstract

Study aimed primarily at identifying the extent and magnitude of the impact of the actions and policies of the State of Israeli occupation after the Oslo agreement in 1993, and its impact on the future of the population of the city of Jerusalem, to ensure the Jewish domination of the non-Jews in the city to address the "demographic danger" of the Palestinian Arabs in the city, it should not at more than 30% of the total population in the unified city, so that the Jews are still the majority (70%). These actions constituted a milestone station in escalating Judaization operations, which affected the future of Jerusalem the Palestinian population, and the high and the pace of settlement construction, which reached an unprecedented level and to follow the course of events over the past the past, as the study showed the accumulation of events to determine the most anticipated general trends especially with regard to the future of the Palestinians in the future the holy city, and then to get rid of a number of key findings and recommendations that constitute the minimum needed to stand up to the conversion project, which runs at an accelerated pace to reach the maximum range. It was found from the study and after the passage of 23 years from the signing of this agreement, the city has become closer to the Judaization and Israel ization by these policies and procedures the Israeli occupation as Israel has succeeded in changing the geographical map of Jerusalem, the whole territory, also revealed that Israel is seeking to establish a geographical and demographic reality, and the latest loosening population in East Jerusalem. after the Palestinians constitute the majority of east Jerusalem residents of the city in 1967 year, have become a minority in the year 1995 after Oslo, and after that they controlled 100% of the land had become after the confiscation and the establishment of settlement projects, the construction of bypass roads operations, and the construction of the wall racial, only control 21% of the land area of the city. One of the most important recommendations of the study Since the Oslo Accords left Jerusalem at the mercy of Israel, the need to work to support Jerusalem and defend it by all means, tools and practical means, to confront the Israeli plans and prevent the completion of the conversion circuit, enabling Jerusalemites population of steadfastness in Jerusalem, through financially and morally support and the establishment of economic and development projects working to install Jerusalemites in their city.
