Abstract

Since the beginning of the Palestinian people to defend their right to Palestine , Israel has arrested hundreds of prisoners and held them to jails and prisons to break their will and forced to leave the resistance , but they have rejected such practices; and formed organizations inside the prisons to follow up their affairs , and the face of the prison administration in an orderly and decisions unified and shared . And fought Palestinian prisoners held dozens of strikes during the seventies and have made a lot of achievements such strikes , which claimed the lives of tens of martyrs , and left hundreds of them chronically ill worsened with medical neglect fortune of prisoners in Israeli jails . He found the prisoners themselves have fallen under the influence of the practices harsh against them from the torment and harassment and humiliation did not endure , and it was their weapon is the only hunger strike in front of Israeli attempts to break them down and discourage them from their right to defend their homeland and their families and their dignity , which is the hardest types of resistance, non -violent ; , which can not Israeli jailer discourage them no matter what . Has fought a lot of Palestinian prisoners in strikes individual for refusing to administrative detention and to demand their treatment as prisoners of war , notably released prisoners Khader Adnan and Hana Shalabi and Ayman Cherauna and Samer Issawi Jafar Ezzedine and Tariq Ka'adan ; , and many of those who were able to defeat their jailers and achieve their goals in freedom and shatter the myth of the warden of invincibility . In this study, we address the issue of prisoners in three main components : Identify the history of the movement of captive and strikes , which fought , and in the axis II Z are offering it to strike individual who waged by some of the prisoners and the results that have been achieved , and in the third axis show the experience liberated prisoner Ayman Cherauna who fought strike for 260 days and defeated Badharabh , was released to Gaza . And finish the study a set of findings and recommendations for perhaps stating the Palestinian decision makers
