Abstract

The present study aimed to reveal about efforts of human rights organizations at institutional level in defending about prisoners cause in Gaza governorates, and reveal about efforts of human rights organizations at official and public level in defending about prisoners cause, and reveal about efforts of human rights organizations at regional and international level in defending about prisoners cause in Gaza governorates, and indentifying obstacles which hinder role of human rights organizations in defending about human rights cause and indentifying the most import ways to activate role of human rights organizations in defending about prisoners cause, the researchers used descriptive analytic method, the study tool was questionnaire consisted from (40) paragraph distributed on four dimensions, the study sample consisted from (13) individual from worker in legal units in human rights organizations, the study concluded that human rights organizations play its role in defending about prisoner cause with a relative percentage(71.69) , the study revealed some obstacles which hinder human rights organizations in play its role towards prisoners cause, the study revealed some obstacles which hinder role of human rights organizations in defending about human rights cause, and in the end of the study, the researcher introduced some suggestions to activate role of human rights organizations in defending about prisoners cause.
