Abstract

The Palestinians prisoners experience in the Israeli jails is one of the global experience that reflect scarifies and steadfastness. It encompasses sufferings and painful experiences. Israeli’s prisons are another picture of occupation and racism. Israeli’s jails masters all kinds of tortures and torturing tools. Human feelings and his dignity (adult, woman, and child) becomes a target and humiliation is becoming an entertainment time for Israel’s investigators and officers. This experience is not going to be ended with prisoners exchange deal per se. Ending Israel’s occupation is the one that can end arresting, humiliation and sealing the freedom of thousands of the Palestinians. Moreover, Israel must be punished for its violation of human rights principles and international laws. Therefore, Israeli tries to keep prisoners file a hidden or a bilateral file that have no international dimension. The Palestinian must break the silence and take it up and internationalize it.
