Abstract |
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the internal work environment in the development of professional performance in the Palestinian daily newspapers, This is a descriptive research using an questionnaire which was electronically distributed to a random sample of 141 workers in the Palestinian newspapers, and reached a set of results, This study reveals that The relations of understanding, harmony and cooperation prevail among the communicators in the Palestinian daily newspapers in percentage of 83.6%.. 66.1% of those employees believe that the regulations and codes are clear and published to all, Good working conditions are secured in the headquarters of the investigated newspapers by a percentage of 73%, The obstacles in the internal environment were: weakness of job security, ownership pattern of the newspaper and editorial policies 34%, incentives, bonuses and promotion regulations, and limited availability of qualified human resources. |
