Abstract

The present study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of using particular representation of matter strategy in chemical concepts and the skills of visual thinking in Science course among the students of ninth-grade , the study followed the quasi-experimental method in accordance with the design of the two groups (experimental &control),as the sample study reached (35) students for each group of students from ninth basic grade from Al saida Rokaia El Almy school for basic Graduate Girls, and the researcher used to answer the main question a test to measure the chemical concepts, and test to measure visual thinking skills, where the results showed a statistically significant differences in the results of chemical concepts test in favor of the experimental group, as the study showed there is an effective impact to use particular representation strategy in chemical concepts and visual thinking skills development.
