The research aimed to detect the different types of elearning interactions and measure its effects in developing learning object design skills, Researches used "Khames" model (2003) to design and develop the elearning course with interactive types, Research sample was (29) students from learning science and technology dept. education faculty, Researches design a test, observation sheet and evaluation sheet for this study. The study revealed that there is a significant differences at (≥α0.05) between the pre-test and the post test at the exam, the observation sheet and evaluation sheet in favor for the post-test and the post observation sheet, the study also revealed that "Black" factor for both the exam and the observation sheet was (Black≤1), that mean there is big effectiveness for elearning interactions, the study also revealed that the theory background for learning object design based on the practical background.
