Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of digital stories in the development of listening skills in the course of the Arabic language in the first grade students in Gaza. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the structural approach in the design of digital stories, the experimental approach to reach the results of the study, and designed a number of research tools, List of listening skills, testing of these skills, and digital stories. This study was applied to a sample of first grade students in Gaza City, where the sample was 60 students, of which 30 were students in the control group, ) Student in the field The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods and methods to analyze the results of the study, the most important of which was: a test to measure the extent of students' possession of listening skills by calculating the average scores of students in the tribal and post-test. The study revealed significant differences At the level of significance (α 0.01 0.01) for the benefit of digital stories, and concluded the study to several recommendations, the most important of which: 1- Promoting the idea of ​​adopting digital stories in the educational field, especially the basic stage 2 - Conduct similar studies in the Arabic language for different educational stages. 3.
