TitleChallenges Facing Business Municipalities in Gaza Governorates and Mechanisms to Overcome Them

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the challenges faced to Raadiat business in the provinces of Gaza and overcome mechanisms, in addition to providing viable solutions to mitigate these challenges, and it was a question the study PRESIDENT: What are the challenges facing Raadiat business workers in the Gaza Strip? What are the mechanisms to overcome them? And appeared importance of this study Highlighting on it was directed at the Gaza interview on Palestinian society, a women entrepreneurs sector, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach because it fits the problem under study, has been relying on a comprehensive survey in the distribution of the questionnaire and the number of pilot projects (25) project from various sectors, the study reached several conclusions, including: show that the majority of the It shows that the majority of the pilot projects is the productivity of the suitability of the skills of entrepreneurs projects. And it bent a lot of entrepreneurs Training Courses in the field of administration and finance, and in need of rehabilitation programs are able to manage their businesses well. The Palestine Investment Law does not provide any encouragement to Raadiat. The study found a number of recommendations including: the researchers recommend that entrepreneurs need to get an integrated training program before starting the implementation of the project and the acquisition of project management skills include (time management and project management, bookkeeping, and marketing skills, and home management). And researchers propose to the lending institutions develop a special program Braadiat projects and provide credit facilities to them on favorable terms. And the stakeholders of the incubators study the needs of entrepreneurs and the training provided to them even benefit from.
