Abstract

This research, titled: "Legislative miracles in the prohibition of contemporary thefts" and submitted to the "miracle" conference hosted by the Faculty of Theology at the Islamic University deals with the study in-depth the extent to which the legislative miracle in contemporary steal images; and through the meaning of the concept of legislative miracle, and its importance and objectives of the statement, and then addressed the issue of legislative miracle to establish extent of theft in the theft of a mobile phone credit, and the theft of scientific production, steal and ATMs, credit cards, the researchers reached that the legislative miracles in contemporary images of steal shown by the general rule, which derived from the word report is then download images contemporary them, and then extract its provisions.
