TitleEvaluating the experience of virtual communication in public schools in Gaza from the perspective of school principals

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the experience of electronicةcommunication in government schools from the perspective of school administrators, also aimed to identify patterns of communication cartoonish used in public schools, the researchers chose a sample of (200) Director and Director of the School of directors of government schools and the study used a questionnaire consisting three axes, take the first axis internal e-mail and more comprehensive on (13), paragraph, and be the second axis of (13) a paragraph, relating to the program school administrations computerized, and the third axis be of (11) a paragraph on the website of the directorates, and used the averages and percentages percentage, and the analysis of variance, single and T-test, and test the Mann and Whitney, The results showed that there are three types of communication-mail in public schools are: internal e-mail, and e-administration program (the program of the school administration computerized), and locations of departments on the Internet, as The results showed that the level of the application of electronic communication of 67% to e-mail application 74% and the school administration computerized 67.1% and locations of district e58.6% and the results show there is no statistically significant differences between the average responses of school principals on the implementation of electronic communication according to the sex variable in the While there were significant differences depending on the variable experience for the benefit of the experience of 10 years and over. The study concluded a series of recommendations including: training sessions and education to promote a culture of electronic communication, to provide financial and technical support For the success of application of electronic communication, and to provide sites for advanced educational administrators on the Internet.
