The study aimed to review (37) master thesis in Instructional technology field from years (2005-2010),the researchers use the survey approach and the analysis approach, the study clear that most of the thesis depended on simple statistical, interactive multimedia and most of the thesis focused on the basic elementary stage student, also the researchers found that most of the thesis use the technical skills as independent variable, finally the study use One way-Anova test to discovered that there is a significant differences between the master thesis in (Independent variable and the Sample) and that there is no significant differences between the master thesis in (media, study tools, statistical).
