The study aimed to investigate the impact of using blended learning strategy in teaching English writing on developing tenth graders' attitudes towards its use in Gaza Governorates. To achieve the study aims, the researchers adopted the experimental approach. The researchers designed a (23) item attitude scale to measure students' attitude towards using the strategy. It was implemented on the(20) student random sample from Shohadaa' Rafah Basic School. The findings of the study revealed that there were significant differences at (α= 0.05) in students' attitude scores towards using the strategy in favor of the post-application; this was attributed to the effectiveness of blended learning strategy. Based upon the previous finding, the study recommended: adopting blended learning strategy in teaching various subjects, spreading technical awareness among students and training them on employing modern technology in learning such as: email, search drives, chat rooms, as well as forums and holding educational courses and workshops for teachers to supply them with the required skills for employing blended learning to enrich the teaching learning process and develop students' achievement level and their attitudes.
