Abstract |
The supervisor's world can be viewed as a complex network of people, jobs, equipment, paperwork, materials, objectives, and goals. Each of these items must be carefully brought together in an organized, coordinated manner to create a smooth-running organization. The project management concept in the Gaza Strip should be based on an appropriate organizational form which secures the most efficient exploitation of the methods of planning, organizing and control in order to achieve a more efficient implementation of a construction project. It enables the successful exploitation of material resources, people and financial means as a particular construction project progresses.
