TitleThe effects of high doses of vitamin A on histological and cellular structure of the sections of the inner ear development in albino mice Embryo
Untitled
Abstract

Vitamin A is very important vitamin to the embryonic development and therefore the pregnants women must take it in normal limit because both deficiencv and increase cause many malformations. The results of this study proved that the extra doses of vitamin A (5000UI/or 7500 UI) by pregnant mothers of Albino mice led to the deformation of the inner ear during fetal development. These deformations appear in the cells and tissues and the portions of the inner ear, we observed decreasing or increasing in the number of cellular layers of the inner ear sections, in addition to fragility of the cells and lose intercellular iunctions and the formation of granulation tissue in addition to the absence of some sections of the inner ear when embryos mothers given high doses of vitamin A
