The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire was used to explore the opinion of the study sample which were 302 employees, who are the administrative staff in Education department and all the staff members in HR department in UNRWA in Gaza Strip.And The study revealed that: E-HRM implementation showed many advantages such a simplifying work procedures, decreasing workload, increasing effective communication and achieving transparency, employees are Satisfied with E-HRM implementation in UNRWA, by 72.88%, there is also there is a significant correlation between the advantages of E-HRM system, and the level of employees satisfaction , also there is a significant correlation between the level of employees satisfaction towards E-HRM and the implementation of E-HRM system due to the easiness of dealing with the system and its various applications, compatibility of the used electronic applications with work requirements, and providing the technical requirements of the system. The study suggested some important recommendations such as: Developing E-HRM to include all HR functions and activities.
