Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of personal style on the employee’s performance, according to major dimensions of personality within the Prime Minister Council in the Gaza Strip. The concerned personality dimensions included the following dimensions of personality (the extent of the conscience vitality, the extent of agreement with the employee, emotional stability, over the introverted individual or openness, the extent of openness to experience). The researcher used the comprehensive survey sample, due to the small targeted population, which consisted of 86 employees in the council and the study found the following results: - There is a clear impact of the consciousness vitality on the employee’s performance because of the religious commitment of the employees in the Prime Minster Council. - Extraversion that affects performance negatively is available with workers. - There is an agreement between the workers in the Council which reflected on their performance. - The employees do not feel emotional stability because of bad current living conditions in Gaza. - The workers are not open to the experience because of their lack to time to imitate in the nature. Based on these results, the research recommended the following: - Strengthening the vigilance of conscience among workers so that their performance will be high. - Facilitating the living of life for workers which might feel employee with job security. - Reinforcing the cooperation and agreement among employees which influences the employee’s performance. - Training employees on how to be open to the experience which has importance on the employee’s performance.
