The aim of this study was to identify the effect of the financing Programs policies on developing the micro projects through assessing the effect of financing policies of Microfinance Program, at Islamic Relief Organization, on developing the funded micro projects in Gaza Strip. The researchers used the analytical descriptive methodology. The population of the study was the current borrowers as well as those who completed the due loans, while the study sample involved 298 debtors out of 1,674 beneficiries from the both schems of Islamic Relief Microfinance Program, Murabaha and Qard Hasan. In addition, the sample was distributed among different sectors and different geographical areas in Gaza Strip. The main findings of the study were that no correlation between financing policy and the development of the project while financing is essential factor in establishing and developing the micro projects, where the study found clear correlation between financing and project’s continuity and financing the project and the capital increment.
