Abstract |
This research aims at analyzing the impact of the quality of the educational services on students' satisfaction. In order to achieve this aim, a sample of 120 postgraduate students of the faculty of commerce (Accounting and Finance, MBA, Economic Development) in the Islamic University of Gaza has been questioned. A descriptive statistical model was conducted in testing the hypotheses of the research. Many results were arrived at. The most important ones are: The students are satisfied with the quality of the academic staff and the services of the University's library. However, they were not satisfied with the quality of the classrooms and the extra curricular activities. The main recommendation of the research was the need to develop and improve the classrooms allocated to postgraduate students and to highlight the need for organizing extra curricular activities targeting those students. 0- : |
