Abstract |
100. % ) ( ) ( 68 % 7 % ) 30 . ( . . Abstract This study aims basically to show how to get benefits from employees savings at Islamic University even in an indirect method. As the risks inherent without investing these funds are borne by the employees themselves 100%. Under cash time value, cash present value and opportunity cost, none investment of saving funds will reduce the employees' benefits (employee and university contribution) by 68% had these funds been invested by 7% throughout the employees' work period (average of 30 years). In other words, we lose thopportunity to increase the employees' benefits three folds. This may occur without risks in an indirect method, if the University pays the employees' benefits on monthly basis rather than wait until their retirement. * . |
