Abstract

The research treats bail in punishment for Allah's limits and retaliation which are documented from the authentication that preserve the rights of loss in addition to the cooperation and interdependence and solidarity among Muslims, lifting embarrassment about them, we have dealt with the research with several topics, including: The fact of bail in limits and retaliation, the extent of its necessity, and objectives, and rule and its effects and ways to expire. Finally the research was followed with a conclusion of the most important results and recommendations.
