Abstract

الملخص : ذكرت في هذا البحث أن طلاق الرجل امرأته ثلاثاً من مسائل الخلاف ، وأن الخلاف فيها قوي ، نظراً لأنه مبنيٌّ في حظ منه على حديث ركانة t واختلاف رواياته . وأثبتُّ فيه أن ما ذهب إليه الأئمة الأربعة – مالك وأبو حنيفة والشافعي وأحمد – من وقوع الطلاق ثلاثاً هو الراجح ، لقوة دليلهم من النقل – سنة وأثراً – ومن العقل .
