|Title in Arabic||واقع الروايات العقدية الواهية وأثرها في الخطاب الدعوي|
This paper addresses the weak and baseless narratives frequently used by preachers about pillars of faith (i.e., faith in Allah, His Angels, Books, Messengers, the Last Day, and Measure, and those narratives relating to the position of the Prophet's Companions, Wives (Mothers of the Faithful), and his Household. The paper also covers effects of such unwarranted narratives on the da c wa (call to Islam) discourse; these effects are summed up in distorting the image of Islam, spoiling the relations between the elements of da c wa (i.e., preacher, audience, and message), and the unity of the Muslim Nation (Ummah). Finally, the paper indicates that those preachers intentionally promoting unwarranted narratives are liable to punishment on the Day of Judgment.
