Title in Arabicلين الحديث عند ابن حجر في التقريب دراسة تطبيقية على صحيح مسلم
Abstract

The researcher dealt with the term "Mild Hadith" of Hijr in his book "Tareeb AL-Tahseeb". The researcher outlined the linguistic and idiomatic definition of "Mild Hadith" and how Ibn Hijr defined it and the status of "Mild Hadiths" in weakness and strenght, and the scholars" judgement of those hadiths. The researcher also collected those hadith narrators whom Ibn Hijr described as being "mild" and whom "Molsem" cited in his "Sahih". The study showed that those hadith narrators were five in number, four of whomwere dependable and trustworthy, while only had some mildness. The researcher studied those narrators' narrations and finally recommended that all hadiths described by Ibn Hijr as being maild should be restudied and reexamined.
