Abstract

This study aimed at building a training program and identifying its effectiveness in developing skills of designing and producing an electronic achievement portfolio (E-portfolio) by faculty of Education female students in the Islamic University of Gaza. The researchers prepared a list of designing and producing skills for the E-portfolio. Then built the study tools, which are achievement test, and observation list. The researchers used the constructive method to build the suggested program to develop skills of designing and producing an E-portfolio. Also, they used the semi-empirical method, which has pre and post application on the same group. The Results showed in the cognitive field and in the practical performance for designing and producing an E-portfolio skills in before and after the application of the training program favor of the post application. The study Recommended the need to Spread out the culture of achievement E-portfolios.
