Abstract

The study aimed to determine the degree of exercise members of the faculty at the Islamic University for their role in Providing post graduate students the skills to prepare a plan master's thesis , also targeted detect signs of the differences in the estimates of the sample to the practice. researchers used a questionnaire and the sample consisted of: (129) Results showed a good practice to faculty members in the field of Giving students the skills of promising plan master's thesis and by (77.97 %) , as revealed statistically significant differences in the estimation of the practice in favor of specialization Islamic education in comparison of specialized administration and psychology , and the differences individual in favor of specialization curriculum and teaching methods in the comparison of specialized educational administration and psychology , and did not show differences individually in the same practice, depending on the sex , and study recommended adoption of faculty members effective strategy in teaching a course seminar is based on the practical application and the observance of the gradient in the building plan.
