This study aims at investigating to what extent the university professor recognizes his role in enhancing the fair thinking approach (FTA) in his class in the light of Islamic cultural standards. The study investigated the means significant difference in practicing thinking approach in university classes due to difference in gender or specialization of staff. The researchers built a questionnaire for that purpose, which was filled by 235 students (male and female) from the fourth year. The findings showed a high level of proper thinking approach (FTA) in university classes (75.11 %). The result showed significant difference in favour of female students opinion in practicing FTA. No significant difference in practicing FTA appeared between the students in different fields (Humanitarian, Islamic, and Practical field). The study offered the following recommendations: 1. Organizing training in this field for the university staff. 2. Using modern technology in teaching. 3. More emphasis on problem-solving approach which, enhance FTA. 4. Reducing the number of students in classes to enhance interaction in the classes.
