This study aimed at exploring learners' knowledge level of values and attitudes at al-Quads Open University. The sample of the study consists of (108) male and female learners. A questionnaire of (50) items was presented the tool of the study. The questionnaire consists of two domains which include the components of values, attitudes, their characteristics and resources. To ensure the validity of the questionnaire, a panel of juries was reviewed it. Then the researchers applied and reapplied the questionnaire to count the reliability. The reliability percentage was (86%).The revealed results were: The learners' knowledge level of values was higher than their knowledge level of attitudes. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in the learners' knowledge level of values and attitudes related to gender. The study recommended that it is necessary to develop learners' values and attitudes concepts. Moreover, it is necessary to do studies related to this study to explore learners' system values and the resources of these system values.
