The study aimed to diagnose learning difficulties Arabic rhetoric, the building is based on constructivist theory computerized program, and to ensure its effectiveness in the treatment of learning disabilities Arabic rhetoric among students atheist tenth grade, and to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used three scientific approach consisted descriptive, and formative, experimental approach, and the researcher chose Aka'a secondary School - Girls deliberate manner to apply the tools of the study, and the study sample consisted of 70 students, has been divided randomly into two groups, the first officer (35) students studied by standard methods, and the second trial (35) students studied through a computerized program based on constructivist theory , and the tools of the study is based on the constructivist theory computerized program, and a pre and post - test Arabic rhetoric. The study found a range of results most important is that there are many difficulties in learning Arabic rhetoric, and have found that these difficulties include all the Arab rhetoric Sciences (semantics, the science Budaiya, and aware of the statement), it shows that there are significant differences between the average level students the experimental group differences, the average score for the control group students in the experimental group due to the method of teaching, as the results of the study indicated that the computerized program based on constructivist theory has a great effect, where he was earning rate for Black is higher than the right one. In light of the results of the study the researcher recommended the importance of relying on a computerized program in the teaching of Arabic rhetoric content, and the need to raise the level of student participation and interaction, and the teacher is a facilitator and facilitator of the educational process.
