This study aims to identify the impact of diversity management on the organizational culture in the Palestinian universities in the governorates of Gaza. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study designed a questionnaire as a tool for the study, and conducted interviews with the human resources management officials in the targeted universities. The study used the two stage stratified random sampling method. The study population was composed of the administrative and academic staff holding academic positions in the Palestinian universities, namely Aqsa University, Islamic University and Palestine University. Population size was 1212 employees. Thus, 400 questionnaire forms were distributed, and 332 forms were recovered with a recovery percentage of 83%. The study concluded a set of results, including: - There is a moderate degree approval by the sampling units of the field of diversity management as a whole in the Palestinian universities with a relative weight of 57.39%. The field of internal dimensions was with a relative weight of 59.64%, the field of organizational dimensions was with a relative weight of 5.87%, and the field of external dimensions was with a relative weight of 54.59%. There was also a moderate degree approval by the sampling units of the organizational cultural field in the Palestinian universities with a relative weight of 59.66%. - There is a statistically significant relationship at a significance level of a≤0.05 between the dimensions of diversity management and the organizational cultural in the Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates. - There is a statistically significant impact at a significance level of a≤0.05 for the reality of diversity management on the organizational culture in the Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates. The study arrived at several recommendations. Most importantly, the study recommend: - To spread the diversity and variation culture among the universities staff, to identify the advantages of diversity of Human resources, and to benefit from the unique contributions the university may get from the diversified work force. The study also recommends to possess sufficient awareness of the expected problems of diversity and variation, and to adopt the required strategies, tasks and programs to manage it. To enhance the organizational cultural through creating a work environment which encourages creativity and invention, and to identify the creative capabilities of the staff and to take care and supporting them.
