This study aims at identifying the role of education supervisor in direct English language teachers for provision the effective classroom climate in high primary school in Gaza and the ways of improvement, The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The tool of the study consists of 32 paragraphs divided into 4 fields and comprehensive survey method used, where responded (237) teachers from the original society's (257) teachers. The most important findings of the study: 1- The degree of educational supervisor for his role in directing English language teachers in higher primary schools in Gaza for provision classroom climate effective from the point of view of teachers came significantly weight relative to the provision of (80.80%). 2- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the mean scores of teachers' estimates to the degree to which educational supervisors' practice attributable to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of service). The most important recommendations of the study: The importance of maintaining find ways to improve the educational process by encouraging the teacher to use the positive signs booster to provide classroom climate effectively to raise the level of the students. Inclusion of the concept of classroom climate, and how to strengthen it, through using excellent in order to practice it during lesson. activating the role of supervisors to help teachers providing appropriate classroom climate includes classroom and extra-curricular activities. The necessity to cooperate educational supervisor with the teacher to develop a plan for effective classroom climate in the classroom environment management in the light of the results of procedural research.
