Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the impact of the limited incubators on scientific research in universities Gaza Strip (Islamic Al-Azhar), through polled students, through the use of a tool- the questionnaire and through four major themes, which included axes on affect incubators on (apply the results of scientific research In practice, creating HR innovator in scientific research, marketing research, development of scientific research) The study found several results including: - there is the impact of incubators to apply the results of scientific research, as it contributes incubators in promoting the role of universities investment to become universities productive also through adoption of the problems facing the community and contribute to the recruitment of scientific research results through enhanced communication between research centers and production sector, in addition to creating HR innovator in the scientific research, where granted incubators for researchers development opportunities through self-development of the spirit of self-employment and give them the necessary training to equip them with skills and marketing research, by encouraging the exchange of experiences with the local community, and the dissemination of scientific research, and constant communication and constant between the university and the local community which increases the recognition needs and work to meet them, also opens horizons to communicate with the private sector which contributes to obtain the necessary support.
