Abstract

This study aimed to identify the nature of the scientific study of the future in general and the future of education in particular, as well as to identify the most important methods and approaches that the scientific study of the future that can be used in research breeding, and disclosure of the most important obstacles that may face researchers Education, which may prevent normally be for the field of scientific study for the future, and detect whether there are significant differences between the mean scores of respondents estimate these constraints attributable to the variables (the nature of the work, specialty, age) and then proposed to formulate a vision may contribute to the recruitment methods of studying the future of the Palestinian educational research universities. To achieve these goals the researcher descriptive analytical method application questionnaire consisted of three areas: (constraints linked to the curriculum, the obstacles associated with knowledge, constraints associated with the desire and convictions) on a sample of faculty members faculties of education in universities Palestinian (Islamic - Azhar - Open Quds - Palestine) consisting of (65) members, The study found the following results: - Future studies in education requires the development of alternatives stemming from the alternative options taken by the events in the light of the various scenarios. - One of the most important methods of studying the future in the field of education (the Delphi method, style scenario) which are of importance in the formulation of the results stemming from the different alternatives. - The average score approve paragraphs in the areas of (87.37) and reached the relative weight of the areas (72.81%), had occupied third area associated with (the desire and convictions) to first place with relative weight (78.97%), followed in second place the first domain associated with (curriculum ) relative weight (73.81%), and finally came second area associated with the knowledge in the third and final relative weight (73.56%). - No statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores estimate the sample constraints they face and that prevent normally be for the field of scientific study for the future due to the variable nature of the work, and age, while differences exist due to the factor of specialization and for the benefit of specialization ( curriculum and teaching methods) - One of the most important pillars of the proposed vision is to re-launch the misconceptions about the educational future of researchers (Graduate students - researchers) In Dou results, the researcher recommended the following: 1 - Encourage system research teams (Work-teams) in educational research operations, with the need for concerted efforts of researchers, specialists in various fields of Palestinian universities, in order to track and identify paths developmental trends and future research. 2 - To increase awareness of the importance of the research team concept, as it is one of the requirements of future studies in general, so that he can be awarded a master's degree to researchers involved in the future research.
