Based on the results of the analysis, the acceptance of both the proportion of self-financing proportion from the capital invested and the average monthly income of the project as independent variables affect the proportion of financing from the lending institution as a dependent variable. The results of the research: There is no link between the number of loans from lending institutions, and high or low capital invested in the project ,Also there is a complete correlation between the percentage of self- financing of the invested capital and the invested capital in the project. Also there is no correlation between capital invested for the project and high or low average monthly income of the project..
