Abstract

ﺑﺮاءة. .ﻰ وﺑﺮىء ﻗﺒﻞ أن ﯾﻤﺜﻞ أﻣﺎم اﻟﻘﺎﺿ ، ھﻰ اﻟﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻧﺘﮭﺎك ﻛﺮاﻣﺔ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯿﺔ ذاق ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﺬاب ﻛﻰ ﯾﻌﺘﺮف ﺑﺠﺮﯾﻤﺔ ﻟﻢ ﯾﻘﺘﺮﻓﮭﺎ ً ﺻﻨﻮﻓﺎ. .. وﻣﻊ ذﻟﻚ ﻓﺎن ﻛﻠﻤﺔ ﺑﺮاءة ھﻰ اﻟﺪﻟﯿﻞ اﻟﻤﺎدي ﻋﻠﻰ وﺟﻮد أﻧﺎس ﯾﺘﺼﻔﻮن ﻓﻰ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﺎف ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﯿﺔ ؛ وﯾﺘﺴﻤﻮن ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺪل أو ﺑﻌﻀﮫ ؛ وﯾﺴﮭﺮون - ً ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎ- ١ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻟﻌﺪاﻟﺔ ودﻓﻊ اﻟﺒﺎﻃﻞ. ﻣ وﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻻﺗﮭﺎم واﻟﺒﺮاءة رﺣﻠﺔ أﻟﻢ و ﻌﺎﻧﺎة ﺗﺼﻮر اﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﺎﺗﮭﺎ
