الملخص : هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع معايير السلوك الأخلاقي لنشر البحوث العلمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة الإسلامية بغزة, بالإضافة إلى التعرف إلى أهم المعايير, والكشف عن الفروق في متوسط تقديرات عينة الدراسة لأهم معايير السلوك الأخلاقي لنشر البحوث العلمية والتي يمكن أن تعزى لمتغير (الكلية – والرتبة العلمية). واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وأعد استبانة مكونة من ثمانية مجالات، اشتملت على 68 فقرة, وزعت على عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددها (57) عضو هيئة تدريس ممن يحملون درجة أستاذ وأستاذ مشارك, وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم معايير السلوك الأخلاقي هو اختيار مجال البحث , وموضوعه بما يخدم الإنسانية ويعالج قضاياها ومشكلاتها, ويزيل عنها الخطر, كما جاء معيار الصدق والأمانة في نقل المادة العلمية والحرص على توثيق المعلومات الواردة في البحث توثيقاً دقيقاً في مرتبة متقدمة جداً في مجال تحديد مصادر جمع المادة العلمية . كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (? ? 5,0)في متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الكلية (انسانية – علمية) في مجالات الدراسة الثمانية. بينما وُجدت فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 5,0) في متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الرتبة العلمية (أستاذ- أستاذ مشارك) في جميع مجالات الاستبانة الثمانية لصالح رتبة الأستاذ. Abstract : The study aimed at getting acquainted with the criteria of moral behavior in issuing researchers by the teaching staff in the Islamic University of Gaza and to reveal the differences in the average of the evaluation of the sample for the most important criteria which can be related to faculty and qualification variables The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and prepared a questionnaire which includes eight aspects with 68 items distributed on the sample which consisted of 57 associate teachers after and profeesors analyzing the collected data the study concluded that the most important criterium of moral behavior is the selection of the research topic which serves humanity and deals with its problems and removes danger the criteria of validity in passing the findings and determination to assert what the research came out with The research qualified that there are no significant difference with the significant (a>0.05) from the average degrees of the sample that can be related to faculty variety (scientific , literary) in the eight aspects of the study. There were differences with statistical significance (a>0.05) of the sample average that can be related to the rank (professor , associate prof . ) in the eight aspects of the questionnaire in favors other rank of professor.
